MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum order is 12 Items per Design, You can mix and match different styles and garment colors within your order to meet our minimum requirements, as long as the design is printed and the ink colors are the same for all the garments. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum requirements we reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.

PRODUCTION

All the orders from the design studio are printed using plastisol ink. If your order required a different type of Ink or process please contact us before proceeding to check out. If You mix adult and youth we will use the smaller size of the t-shirt to fit the artwork, and that size of the artwork will apply to all shirts.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our normal turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days from the day the order is placed. This turnaround time is not guaranteed. If an order is time-sensitive, it is suggested to allow at least a full week for production. Orders are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Orders over 500 pieces may require more time. Turnaround time begins upon approval of invoice, proof, and receipt of payment.

GARMENT DISCLAIMER

Ruimpress Screen Printing and Design is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.

Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after it’s initial manufacturing period. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn’t sell. example (purple shirts aren’t selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts), etc. Because of this factor, Ruiz impressions cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge printing or discharge based services (Premium Standard). This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

INK COLORS

Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink colors screen printed on your garments. Ruiz impressions Screen Printing Services is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink colors. Samples of ink and colors are available upon request.

ARTWORK APPROVAL

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check the spelling, grammar, layout, and design before approving the artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, setup charges, any substrates), including corrections and reprints. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork. The customer’s signature on artwork approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered.

All artwork must be approved by the customer with an authorized signature before a job can be entered into production.

ART APPROVAL TERM

I certify that by signing this agreement that I approve my artwork as displayed in the actual form and the design studio ( website online), that it meets my satisfaction, and that I have checked for all errors including design, layout, and spelling. I also certify that I have thoroughly examined the artwork and that it is free of all errors and furthermore, should any errors indeed be found because they have been overlooked by myself, that RUIZ IMPRESSIONS SCREEN PRINTING & DESIGN shall not be held responsible. All prepress work, including but not limited to screens, artwork, films are the sole property of Ruiz impressions Screen Printing & Design.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped using UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping time is additional to turnaround time. Please consider this when placing time-sensitive orders.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be canceled after final approval and payment.

Return Policy

Screen Printing Services goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time and are of the highest quality. We, after all, are human and make mistakes. It is how we handle our mistakes that will earn your trust.

We accept returns and will refund the payment if you are disappointed by our merchandise because:

1. The items themselves are materially flawed if we supplied the material.

2. The quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations.

3. The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted and approved by the customer before printing.

Please call and speak to a customer service representative for return and refund information. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number.

Possible Reasons for Return

Due to the nature of custom screen printing, Ruiz impressions Screen Printing Services will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur.

The blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.), you find the decoration quality (screen printing, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final online representation you approved.

Notice About Ink Colors

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one and please contact us for any questions regarding sizing. Ruiz impressions Screen Printing Services is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.

How to Request a Return

Return claims must be filed a format within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned to receive credit or replacements. Please call 888-926-7536 or email us at sales@ruimpress.net to process your return.

DISCLAIMERS

Ruiz impressions Screen Printing & Design is not responsible for variances in size/color/construction of garments. Inks and garments can vary in appearance depending on brand and post-production care. Custom garments with foil, metallic inks or other specialty embellishing should be washed inside out to maximize washability and longevity of the print. Ruiz impressions Screen Printing & Design reserves the right to refuse service without explanation. We reserve the right to change pricing and terms without notice.

Goods Supplied by Buyer (Customer Supplied Garments)

Ruimpress Screen Printing and Design can print on customer supplied garments upon request.

Goods on which printing is to be done and furnished by the buyer shall be properly packed, free from dirt, grit, torn fabric or materials and of proper quality for printing requirements. Additional costs due to delays or impaired production because of improper packing or quality of goods furnished by the buyer shall be charged to the buyer at prevailing shop rates. Any goods supplied by the buyer are at his risk based on differences in wash fastness and absorption qualities of fibers. Any garment colors supplied by the buyer shall be imprinted at the buyer’s risk as to color, color balance, and tonal presentation.

Please note that not all garments or product has surface texture and size suitable for screen printing or embroidery. Send your customer supplied garments at your own risk! Ruimpress Screen Printing and Design will not be responsible for misprints or any damage to the product during production and should not be responsible to replace any Item on customer supplied garments and products. Ruimpress Screen Printing and Design will gladly replace any misprinted garments or products that we decide are truly “misprinted” and were first purchased as blanks through Ruimpress Screen Printing and Design.
